Personal Collection – Slaný
You can collect your order in person at our store in Slaný.
- Personal collection is available on business days until 15:30
- Once your order is ready for pickup, we will notify you
Parcel Shipping Services
Smaller parcel shipments are delivered via PPL or GLS.
- Standard delivery usually takes about 2-3 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery directly to the customer’s address
Pallet Transport
For larger orders (typically exceeding the size of one pallet), we use contracted pallet transport -most commonly via Raben.
- Ideal for large and heavy shipments
- Transport for non-registered customers may be arranged individually
- If needed, one of our sales representatives may contact you directly
EXW / DAP Delivery Terms
We deliver orders on either Ex Works (EXW) or Delivered at Place (DAP) terms. In most cases, the difference between these options is primarily accounting-related rather than operational.
Even when trading on an EXW basis, we usually arrange the entire transport process via third-party carriers on behalf of our customers. After successful delivery, freight costs are simply re-invoiced. This is our default setup, designed to make deliveries as smooth and effortless as possible — unless the EXW customer explicitly requests otherwise.
When trading on a DAP basis, we naturally handle the complete delivery process, and freight costs are already included in the invoiced price.
